Offer a "Spam" flag option for inquiries!
I'm getting inquiries asking for loans of large amounts of $, and this is only the beginning of a very bad problem. Zintro should fix this problem immediately before scammers get creative and zintro experts get screwed.

Allow experts to respond to as many queries as possible every day

Zintro is a platform for highly specialized experts and we do not expect our experts to respond to multiple inquiries per day.
In order to keep the platform virtually spam free, we limit basic expert users to 2 inquiries per day. That said, if you upgrade to Featured Expert you will have no limit.

Eliminate the new rule that advisors with completed profiles must also upload a resume before being able to reply to anonymous inquiries.
This new requirement means that Zintro is now stopping experts from offering potential clients more targeted resumes. (Consulting 101: Always put yourself in the client's shoes.) Only job seekers with very limited experience or narrow areas of expertise to offer, and those who don't consider the prospective employer's needs, have only one resume. Plus, it makes it too easy for questionable people to use our resumes for unapproved purposes.
3 votesThis requirement is only for full time jobs and is based on the expectations of our jobs clients. All Projects and Phone Consults don’t require resume uploading. In order to expedite your application process to Jobs, you may upload your resume to your profile as an attachment and use it any time you apply to a full time job.

Exclude temp/freelance agencies
Exclude the temp/freelancer contract agencies. There are a million sites for those. This should be B2B or - what DID seem unique to Zintro - was real feelers from real END-USER question to individual occasional or limited consultants. THAT WAS UNIQUE.

Zintro should expand its client base for those who engage in educational consulting.
Identify consulting needs for both non-for-profit organizations and educational institutions who need consultants to perform various tasks (educational assessment, program evaluation, workshop facilitation on various education-related topics, etc.).

Even though Zintro is completely free to use, at this point we can not actively pursue the non-profit world. That said, Zintro is open and willing to offer the platform to all industries under the same conditions.

Free Service, only advertisement income for ease in commmunication
Please do all things free, direct communication of client and service provider. If you do this your website traffic will increase by 1000% - me by words and by advertisement you may earn in billions.

Zintro is completely free to use for both Clients and Experts. We only charge a percentage of any paid contract between users.
Keeping our site add free helps us keep our revenue and product aligned, maintaining a strong drive to make our users successful.

when we have projects worth commercialzing them, the inputs do not seem to be adequate. The problem is also a reliable background check possibly for the users.

Zintro can post oil and gas expert requirement on www.oges.info and experts will contact zintro.
If zintro needs oil and gas expert then it can post requirement on www.oges.info and can contact experts.
Oges.info has database of oil and gas experts and zintro can also review experts knowledge by looking at their activities on Oges.

Expert will be ask to client to provide information of his problem but they are not replying so project/phone not settled.

Expert in Land development and improvement of soil fertility. Prepared biochar from agricultural waste and biochar tested on maize (corn) and found increased growth and dry matter yield of maize and soil fertility and sustainability. Evolving 4 varieties of Forage Crops and made 29 recommendations of Soil Science and Agronomy of Forage Crops to increase crop yield, quality and profit.…

Charge companies for posting each request for experts while experts can apply for free
Makes no commercial sense that an expert will register and pay for being able to see requests that may or may not be relevant.
However, a company looking for experts, by paying a one time small fee for each single posting, would have access to many experts rather than only paying experts. All parties will gain - Zintro, the posting company and the experts.5 votesThanks for the feedback,
We have changed the way Zintro works. In the upcoming months we will roll out a completely new version of Zmail that will have no masking and make it much easier to interact for free.
Instead of charging to connect we now charge a percentage of any successful engagement.

You could be honest about your fee structures, not lie about the basic service being free
You claim the basic service is 'double freemium'. In actual fact this is a lie, you charge $99 per connection. someone else here has suggested guru.com i think i'll go and have a look at that.

In order to connect only one party needs to pay the one time fee or upgrade to premium. This means that:
1. A basic expert can connect with a Premium client for free.
2. A basic client can connect with a Premium expert for free.
3. If none of them are Premium and one pays the one time connection fee, they can connect for free.
That said, we are working on an improved version of Zintro that will target all the key problems our users experience, including the confusion caused by our monetization model. Our goal is to help our users achieve their objective in the best way possible, with the lowest cost possible.

So far, I feel like this has been a waste of time to even to submit a response.

CHARGE PREMIUM FEE AFTER FIRST 50 FREE CHANCES
Zintro has all the possibility to become another Linkedin. Pls compare what Linkedin is charging for a premium annual account and what yours. Also, you are stopping potential members from making any deal - allow atleast 50 free chances or UNTIL THEY EARN FROM A DEAL THRU ZINTRO. Thks.
