  2. Zintro needs to be More Transparent!!

    Disappointing Customer Support levels!
    As an expert the project was completed with a couple of days of preparation prior to the actual consult.

    Now customer support just does not provide any timeline on the payment, the money is in Escrow.

    I've executed my end of the deal - WHY should i have to send multiple emails to cus. support who dont bother to respond!!

  4. Zintro needs to obey its own contractual period for processing payments

    Last 1 year, i have experienced too many delays with payment processing and every time the processing time is becoming longer. Even though the first message from Zintro says the payment will be processed within 7-10 business days, this is never the case in reality. Most of the time it is 12-13 days after numerous reminders and lately i have pending payments to be processed 3 weeks (15 business days) after being released by the client. Zintro used the be one of the fastest platforms few years ago for payment processing and succeeded to be worse and worse every year.…

  14. Don't force a fee before clients and experts have determined if there's a fit or know the client's budget.

    Why is Zintro pushing experts to state their fee before we even know for sure we can help the client? When they make broad statements, it's inappropriate, particularly when they haven't yet told us their budget.

During day to day conversation, clients getting knowledge based on data and informations provided by experts through Zintro, emails and phone consultancy! At the end some of them avoid (or stall) to pay previously agreed and quoted price (within Zintro) for delivered and already used useful files finding excuses.
