  2. Sharing from Zintro to LinkedIn or Facebook

    I understand sharing from Zintro to LinkedIn and Facebook has already been implemented, but it does not appear to be working for me. What may I be doing wrong?

    Hi Clark,

    This should be working well now. Your login information is saved in your browser. Every time you clear your browser cookies your login information is reset. If you have the logged in cookie you should be logged in automatically.

    Some anti-virus softwares clear the browser cookies periodically, making have to enter your login info again. If this is the case, you should be able to turn the cookie clearing functionality off.

    We recently released a new version of the inquiry form that adapts depending on the inquiry type. We will be releasing new inquiry types with more details soon.

    In the mean time I would like to let you know that on Monday we released the all new Conversations, that has no masking and makes it really easy for experts and clients to interact. The idea of an inquiry is to be a conversation starter, so ask away!
