Eliminate the new rule that advisors with completed profiles must also upload a resume before being able to reply to anonymous inquiries.
This new requirement means that Zintro is now stopping experts from offering potential clients more targeted resumes. (Consulting 101: Always put yourself in the client's shoes.) Only job seekers with very limited experience or narrow areas of expertise to offer, and those who don't consider the prospective employer's needs, have only one resume. Plus, it makes it too easy for questionable people to use our resumes for unapproved purposes.

This requirement is only for full time jobs and is based on the expectations of our jobs clients. All Projects and Phone Consults don’t require resume uploading. In order to expedite your application process to Jobs, you may upload your resume to your profile as an attachment and use it any time you apply to a full time job.
