Simplify Inquiries Management
I am a bit confused about how to manage the zmail and workflow pages:
- not sure how some enquiries end up in workflow - I thought it was once the enquiry was flagged, but I see I have 5 enquiries flagged in my zmail but 7 in the workflow
- I would like to be able to simply delete some enquiries that have nothing to do with my expertise, for the moment I can only archive them (I think), meaning they are still accounted for in the zmail total
- as already suggested by someone else, a read receipt would be nice, I am not sure the responses to enquiries I have sent were well received
...

Adding to the previous comment made in August 2012: As an expert, in order to maintain an orderly and managed process, there should be a separate 'Operations History' page. Briefly, all transactions out (zNotes or proposals) and responses from potential clients should be stored on a separate page for review and follow-up. Thanks & regards, Richard

Thank you for the suggestions. Most of those features will be coming over the next several months. We have a major rework of the entire zMail system that is scheduled to start in about a month.
