I appreciate the emails I receive regarding a potential match with my experience. However, I sometimes cannot accept due to different reasons. I don't want to respond that I decline because it would take up a queue spot that could go to someone else. In the same regard, I don't want to leave an impression that I have not taken the time to review the request. May I suggest you have a "decline" option with a filler box to (optionally) indicate why.
