Currently, most requests for expertise give a list of nouns that the client envisions describes their requirements. But this is insufficient for experts to understand their needs. Zintro should compel clients to describe their projects (subject to confidentiality) and give a more complete RFP, including such things as level of expertise (i.e., is this a junior position, a senior role, or an expert role that commands an expert's pay scale).
I feel that I am responding to most RFPs completely blind and I am losing patience with the Zintro process.79 votes

A client can now edit the inquiry until it is released. If you wish to edit it once it has been released you must contact customer support.
Currently zintro charges a fee for commutations between interested parties. I think it should be free until any collaboration actually takes place. Of course this would be an honor system where members have to be honest about their progress.31 votes
We are no longer charging a minimum for connecting and you will only pay if you successfully engage with a Client or Expert.

Show experts how many others have been invited to submit a proposal. I'm more likely to respond if the client has shortlisted me.
When someone calls or emails me (outside of Zintro), I make a point of always responding. I think it is courteous and professional to do so. When I receive a proposal invitation in Zintro, I don't know if the invitation has been blasted out to dozens or hundreds of others, or to a shortlist of experts. It would be very helpful to know.21 votes

I have sent several Znotes with questions to potential clients and have not received answers. I am not sure the notes are going through.9 votes
your matching algorithm leaves a lot to be desired. i am continuously matched with projects that do not match my skill set or other things in my profile. Zintro has proven to be of no value to me.
also, there are several communication in my stream for which I have never received an email.9 votes
We are constantly working on improving the matching algorithm to become more and more precise with time. Currently 90% of our inquiries have up to 12 answers within 24 hours, which tells us that the core of the matching algorithm is working correctly.
Our e-mail notifications are having sporadic deliverability issues with some e-mail providers. The first thing you should do is “whitelist” our domain Zintro.com as safe in your e-mail account. We have planned a switch in e-mail delivery system in the coming months that will improve deliverability further.

Zintro takes a lot of time to load on my system even though I have good internet speed (8 MBPS). Kindly make the site lighter.
Also an app/mobile version of the site for all platforms (Operating Systems) would be appreciable.8 votes

As an Expert you can define your rate when you send a proposal. Experts offer a free call if they see a potential long-term engagement with the Client. We are improving the User Interface of Zintro and will take your concern into account.

I continually get inquiries from clients who are not only not looking for my expertise but have businesses that are diametrically opposed to mine. I'm a quit smoking coach and get repeated inquiries from tobacco farmers and marketers. I have not had one legitimate inquiry in more than a year on Zintro and ready to give up.7 votes
We released MATCHES as a way to let all experts create a custom matching algorithm that fits each expert’s needs. We have also released a brand new matching algorithm that has shown to deliver much better matches. We will continue to work on improving it as we learn more about your usage.
Develop a method to inform those who propose solutions to be notified of the result of their proposal. A simple "You did not make the cut" would be a professional approach.6 votes
The website is a bit difficult to navigate, and I wish the Zintro inbox had similar functionality to gmail, where each inquiry response is organized by subject and it's clear which are read vs. unread. Once read, I wish there was a way to click on the messages I want to "archive" into a different folder. It would also be great if proposals were organized as "attachments" or perhaps all had the same subject or tag (i.e., Official Proposal, with a yellow tag that indicates this visually). Lastly, it would be great if you could "like" or "star" experts as "favorites" when searching through the expert profiles, and these expert profiles could then be saved to a "favorites" list that you can come back to and review later on. This way, the experts that I really like but don't have a current opportunity for would be easy to find in the future should an opportunity arise. Thanks for the great work Zintro staff, and I look forward to future improvements!

We have just released the all new Conversations section that has simplified drastically the way you can engage with a client or expert, making it easier than ever to interact and connect.
Even though you get an auto response, saying most mails receive response in a couple of hours, i had to wait for 9 days to receive an answer.6 votes

I found no way to contact you or a place to enter feedback about problems with your site (errors, yep! there are some - like for ex. not being able to login!). Made me have real doubts about how serious this site could be at all , if there is nobody you can contact when you have a problem.5 votes
Don't send messages from a "no-reply" email address. Getting answers from you shouldn't be like trying to find the Wizard of Oz.
If you're really trying to provide support that's helpful, two-way communication is essential.5 votes
