Hispanic Marketing - How to Properly reach this Rewarding Segment in USA.

There is good number of companies/organizations in need to reach this rewarding segment (The US Hispanic Market), however, most of them are with the wrong perception that this can be done by just translating their information into Spanish language. Language is just one ingredient to do it, however, you cannot ignore the importance of culture relevancy.
