Most small and medium sized businesses do not have written compliance guidellines and codes of conduct. The DOJ has stated they will be targeting small and medium sized businesses from 2015 on and are doing so. We will tell owners and managers what is necessary and what needs to be done to avoid confrontaton with the DOJ
