Why is my account suspended?
Your account may have been suspended for any of the following reasons:
- At some point, you flagged a Zintro email as SPAM – we take SPAM seriously and suspend any account from users who have flagged one of our emails
- Suspended yourself (don’t remember)
- Misconduct. Your account can be suspended if you are abusive to other Zintro users, try to perform unethical or illegal activity, or break the rules of the system (like sending contact information as a Basic user)
