We just rolled out new functionality to allow clients to close inquiries when positions have been filled, automatically notifying all involved experts.
In the upcoming months we will roll out new expiration policies that will automatically close inquiries if there has not been Client activity during a certain period of time.
We are also working on increasing the visibility into the status of inquiries and responses.
Thanks for the feedback
Yes i think those improved metrics would be very helpful. If they read my response, and/or used other experts, i can pretty much assume i am out of the running. I realize it is difficult to "Require" anything of clients if you want to keep them. I assume that you do feedback, to test client satisfaction. Perhaps after they engage an expert and a certain amount of time has passed, you could send a satisfaction survey. Q1 would be some form of "Are you done?". A YES would trigger the rest of the survey, a NO would return a message of "we will check back with you". This could be used to update the project status, and send an update to all who responded. Not perfect, since a lot of people do not respond to these, but another tool to know the status.
Clients do not necessarily read all of the responses in the queue. It would be nice to know if you are still in the running or if that ship has passed.
We are working on improving the information provided and displayed in each Inquiry. We are also working on improving location based services.
Zintro is focused on highly specialized expertise and location services can sometimes be difficult with the scarcity of highly specialized experts.
Thanks for the feeback
Totally agree. You should also add States/Provinces, ets. Most licensed professionals are licensed by state and are only permitted to offer or perform services in licensed states.
