How can we improve Zintro?

Zintro needs to be More Transparent!!

Disappointing Customer Support levels!
As an expert the project was completed with a couple of days of preparation prior to the actual consult.

Now customer support just does not provide any timeline on the payment, the money is in Escrow.

I've executed my end of the deal - WHY should i have to send multiple emails to cus. support who dont bother to respond!!
