   INCREASE SPERM COUNT NATURALLY WITH HERBS, FOOD AND YOGA

          Low sperm count, medically termed as oligospermia is a health disorder characterized by less number of sperms than normal count in semen volume. Problems causing this particular health disorder can be either of psychological or physical origin. Common causes reported for the formation of this health disorder include hormonal imbalance, malnutrition and testicular injury. 
   
          Regular doing of relaxation exercise is one among the best recommended natural remedial measures to increase sperm count. It is found to be very helpful for treating oligospermia due to high stress condition. It calms down nerve cells and improves blood circulation throughout the body. In order to prevent the risk of stress condition, patients are recommended to set aside at least ten to twenty minutes per day for practicing relaxation exercises.    YOGA ASANA :

          Regulate blood flow to the lower abdomen, keep the sperm count in check, boost the health of reproductive glands, prolong a man's productive age, cure problems like infertility. Counter obesity and constipation, boost thyroid gland functioning and strengthen the lower back. 
   

   AGNISAAR KRIYA :

          Stand erect with your feet a foot apart. Place your hands on your knees and loosen your belly. Exhale fully, hold your breath out and pull your stomach in as far as you can, such that it touches you back. Then loosen and release the stomach. Repeat this pumping action for as long as you can. Relax and inhale. This completes one round of Angnisaar Kriya. Do this Kriya for 2-3 times. 
   

   Note: Not for people suffering from peptic ulcers, heart disease, high blood pressure, slip disc and intestinal swelling.

   HALASANA :

          Lie on your back and stretch your body. Place your hands beside your thighs, palms facing down. Inhale and raise both legs slowly, till they are at 90 degrees to your waist. Do not lift your head. Using your hands as pivots, lift your waist too and stretch your legs beyond your head, trying to touch the ground behind with your feet. Keep your knees straight. Hold this position for as long as you can. Breathing normally. Return to base position, bringing your legs back very slowly and ensuring that your palms and head stay on the floor and your knees stay straight. Do Halasana ones or twice. 
   

   Note: This is not for people suffering from backache, slip disc or cervical spondylosis.

   SETUBANDHASANA :

          Lie on your back. Bend your legs at the knees, keeping the heels as close as possible to the hips. Hold your ankles with your hands if possible, else keep your palms beside your hips, palms facing down. Inhale and lift you're your back and hips very slowly and smoothly. Keep your shoulders and heels on the ground. Close your eyes and focus on the painful area of your spine. Hold the posture for as long as your can, breathing normally. Return to base position very slowly and relax. Repeat three times. 
   

   DHANURASANA :

         Lie on your stomach, facing down. Bend your legs and grasp the ankles with your hands. Inhale and raise the hind part of your body and your chest. Tilt your neck back with eyes closed. Feel the strain between legs and hands as your entire body rests on your belly. Arch the back into a bow, breathing normally. Hold the posture as long as you can and then return to base position. Repeat Dhanurasana twice. 
   

   Note: If you are suffering form hernia, hypertension and peptic ulcers, avoid Dhanurasana.

   ASHWANI MUDRA :

          Sit comfortably in Padmasana or Sukhasana as shown in the picture, back straight and eyes closed. Breathe normally. Pull your anus and lower abdominal muscles up and relax. Focus on the muscles contracting and relaxing. Repeat this motion 200 times in two set with 100 repeats each. 
   

   BHASTRIKA PRANAYAM :

         Sit comfortably in Padmasana or Sukhasana as shown in the picture, back straight and eyes closed. Form the Gyan Mudra and place your hands on your knees. Exhale to your maximum capacity through both nostrils, and then inhale through both with full force. Repeat this process continuously till you feel tired. Do it slowly first, then speed up gradually. Maintain a rhythmic patter; the time taken to inhale should equal that taken to exhale. And remember when you breath in, your lungs should expand and not your belly. Similarly, when you breathe out, your lungs must come back to their original position. Do this process according to your capacity, 30-40 times. 
   

   Note: People suffering form high blood pressure, heart problems and migraine should do Bhastrika Pranayam slowly without undue force.

          There are lots of books, Magazines, Articles etc. are being published on regular basis regarding the Nutritious, healthy and organic food and being read and practiced by Millions of people all around the world on daily basis but still the chart is rising only in terms of various diseases . Why is this so? 
   

   The whole world is Obsessed by Healthy, Macrobiotic food and Nutritious food but still making a habit of implementing Multi vitamin pills, Pills for calcium, pills for iron , vitamin C etc. in their daily routine . Why?

   If one is eating healthy Nutritious food then why they need additional chemical supplements?

   The process of digestion is known as Aahar Pachan in Ayurveda. In Ayurveda, any food (ahar) passes through the following:

   �Metabolism resultant (vipak), and
   �Impact (prabhav)

          It is said that rasas undertake gunas and is undertaken by veerya. This is suppressed by vipak and finally prabhav makes all of them resultant. Therefore, when we consume food, we must take into consideration the fact that our food should have calories needed as per age. Similarly calorie intake during pregnancy and lactation and disease or recuperation should also be considered. Calories must come in balanced form in terms of fats, proteins and carbohydrates. Food is consumed as solids or semi-solids and liquids. Salads must be an important segment of food. Water other than juices and milk is needed and must be pure and adequate. 
   

   Signs of improper metabolism :

   Primary Signs :Constipation,Mental dullness,Unexplained fatigue,Bad breath

   Secondary Signs :Gas,Bloating,Coated tongue,Body odor,Dull skin,High cholesterol , Degenerative diseases

   The main aim of Ayurvedic Aahar Pachan or the digestion process should be such that human beings can achieve the ultimate goal of the science. i.e., maintaining health and treating disease.

   We observing the inhabitants all around the world in their regular routine. They don�t even have time to eat properly.Mostly they are trying to finish the job of eating while on their way to the office.Today's fast lifestyle habits are :

   1.Just grabbing a piece of Sandwich or burger, pizza or anything and eating while walking to their work or running while eating etc.
   2.Watching television or reading newspapers and eating .
   3.Not chewing the food properly.
   4.Eating either too fast or too slow.
   5.Mostly drinking plenty of water just before the food or immediately after the food .
   6.Going to sleep immediately after the dinner. And so many other such things.

   Do you know how these habits are damaging your health?

          ~ If you do not chew your food properly, then the proper mixing of saliva with the food will not be there. The Saliva contains an Amylase called Ptyalin which does the partial digestion of carbohydrates in the mouth itself. So if you are not chewing the food properly then automatically the first stage of digestion is incomplete. 
   
          ~ If you are more focused on reading or watching the television during your meal or not sitting properly and peacefully at one place then automatically the proper secretion of the gastric juices will not be there and again will hamper the process of digestion. 
   
          ~ Drinking water just before the food will kill the appetite and also immediately after the food will hamper the process of digestion because as per Ayurveda water is Guru guna i.e. Heavy and thus should not be consumed immediately after the food . 
   
          ~ Going to sleep immediately after the food will cause indigestion and can cause so many problems too. 
   
          Thus, rather than focusing more on Organic and Nutritional stuff , first try to learn the proper process of eating .Whatever you eat either nutritious or not , food or medicines everything has to be metabolize first and then only it will yield proper effect. 
   

   What Ayurveda Says :

          Each person has a certain combination of tridoshas, known as his or her prakruti, and this uniqueness of each individual is a concept which is fundamental in ayurveda. If you went to see an ayurvedic healer, they would probably draw up a specialised eating plan based on the various factors such as age and gender, the doshic tendencies that need to be balanced at a given time, the strength of the body tissues and the digestive fibres, and the level of ama (toxins) in the body. The place where a person lives and the season are also factors that affect dietary dos and don'ts. However, there are some universally applicable principles that are important to follow: 
   

   1. Include the six tastes at every main meal
   2. Choose foods by balancing physical attributes
   3. Choose foods that are sattvic
   4. Opt for whole, fresh, in-season, local foods
   5. Rotate menus and experiment with a variety of foods
   6. Include spices and herbs in your daily diet

   Follow the rules and good health will surely come your way�not quite. In ayurveda, the way in which you eat is just as important as what. The theories are complex, but here are five introductory guidelines to aid good digestion:

   1. Eat sitting down in a settled environment, and maintain a good posture.
   2. Stimulate digestion before the meal :Weak digestive fire (agni) may lead to fatigue after eating, so before a full meal try eating a one-inch piece of fresh ginger with a few drops of lemon juice and a pinch of salt. This stimulates the saliva and the digestive enzymes, helping efficient digestion.
   3. Avoid cold drinks at meals. 4.Do not skip breakfast and avoid heavy food at night. 5.As far as possible eat fresh food.
   4. Make lunch the largest meal of the day.
   5. Do not eat after 10p.m.

   So Simply eating healthy food will not gives proper results. The way of eating the food is also very important.

    Amongst many of the exercises for lower back stretch Spinal Decompression is the most effective one used by every experience lifters. it's like hanging upside down on horizontal bar. The main thing here is we can cure back pain at home without spending hundreds of dollars near doctor. Plus you can add it in your daily routine exercise which can also be most effective for health.
    You all need to do is hang on Free standing Pull up Bar with both palm facing you. if yours legs touches the floor because you have fixed your horizontal bar too low you can make it up as it is adjustable according to your height. while hanging on horizontal bar you need to keep your lower back relaxed and neutral, no arching. hang for a minute and then relax. Repeat this according to your ability.

    Spinal Decompression is an exercise which lets gravity to straighten your spine upright. Because of no arching or bending of our lower back we will not be able to compress our spinal discs. So similar to toe touch stretches, Spinal Decompression cannot compress and irritate disc bulges which can be cause of our lower back pain. Spinal Decompression will reduce them and recovery is bit faster.
    Spinal Decompression also is very effective in elbow pain, wrist and shoulder pain. you will increase your shoulder mobility by vertical stretch. We need to notice how hanging on the free standing pull up bar looks like the lockout position during the overhead press. if you are suffering the struggle with lifting the pull up bar correctly overhead. then hanging on the free standing pull up bar will definitely help you improve your form.

    Spinal Decompression also helpful and very effective in increasing grip strength. with your deadlights this can help you. Main reason for lack of how much time you can hang on the pull up bar is lack of grip strength. what you need to do here is hang on as long as you can and this will help you improve your grip strength. no need to use mixed grip, chalk or straps. just a grip with both the hand wrapped around the bar this will let your grip get stronger.

    According to my experience this is the first exercise I go with when I suffered from lower back pain. if you follow this exercise daily you will quickly get recover from your lower back pain just you need to make sure you lift with good form with no excess arching.

20. BUSINESS PLANNING - NICE CHAIN, BUT IT’S MISSING A FEW LINKS!

    As the saying goes “a chain is only as strong as its weakest link.” So in formulating business plans and annual budgets why do many companies fail to understand the simple realities of this?
    
    Good companies typically undertake an annual exercise of creating a budget for the coming fiscal year. The annual budget is a refinement of the longer term, three to five year, plan. For companies operating on a calendar year, the budget process usually begins in July with alignment of the strategic plan to next year’s business goals, followed in August with formulation of the expectations for revenue volume and mix, and concluding before year-end (at the absolute latest) with a complete, approved pro-forma P&L, balance sheet and cash flow budget.
    
    For so many companies this is where the budget process ends, and the deployment and execution failures begin. The planning chain has not been constructed so that it can be reached in an actionable way by each and every member of the team. Where are the links to align, measure, motivate, and act in ways that clearly support achievement of the budget goals? There is no weaker link than the one that is missing.
    
    The plan must be sewn as a glove for a hand. And the glove must accommodate development, sales, operations, procurement, logistics, finance, administration, and each support function (both internal and external). And like a glove, it must be constructed in a way that fits each finger (function) so that they are working effectively together as the hand that they help form.
    
    Key performance indicators and other measurement targets should be fully integrated into the plan. As with all elements of the plan these measurements should make sense, directly supporting achievement and representing realistic, achievable objectives based on currently achieved realities. The metric targets are critical to include as they provide a means to connect the greater business plan to the functional activities and actions that drive it. Metric targets should offer an answer to every stakeholder’s question “What is my and my team’s specific goal(s) and focus, and how does this support the plan?”
    Finally, the plan must empower, motivate and incent each stakeholder to achieve. (The quickest way to fail in this effort is to set pie-in-the-sky, unachievable goals.) Where incentive compensation exists it should be formed on measureable targets that fully align with achievement of the plan. Where direct incentives are not available individual or team goals and targets should be incorporated into performance reviews. Such performance review targets should be established not only for each employee, but for each critical vendor as well.
    The link of the vision’s strategic plan to (budget) goals, aligned accountabilities, and execution deliverables is critical to sustained achievement and success. Is your plan formed with a chain that is strong, or is its weak link actually a missing link?
