BRIEF SUMMARY: The hospital / health system / provider have many diverse options for providing health services directly to area employers. In this article we examine several examples of health systems that created distinct and profitable programs and are successfully selling to employers. The session will explore what employers are looking for from services providers, how to pursue the business, common pitfalls to avoid, and what you can expect in given timeframes. Build relationships with employers, and increase program profits and down-stream revenues.
