Everyone says it can't happen here. We think an incident of workplace violence happens somewhere else. However, daily an act of violence against employees and/or customers happens somewhere in the United States. We have been actively helping companies address this issue for over a decade and a half. We have developed two videos and numerous tools to prepare companies for a potential attack from within and outside the organization. Understand who might be a perpetrator and how to recognize the warning signs. Develop an Anti-Violence policy and threat management team to educate employees and evaluate your vulnerability.
