Password recovery is easy:

• If you are not already on the Login screen, click on Signin (upper right hand corner of the screen).
• Enter your E-mail into the E-mail field
• Click on “Forgot Password?” link
• Assuming email address is found, an email with your password will be sent to your email.

A few reminders:

1. Your Userid is your email address
   - The number one reason that users cannot log in is that they forgot that they logged in under a different email address.
2. Passwords are case sensitive
3. Be careful with similar numbers & letters. For example:
   - “l” (lower case ‘L’) vs. “1” (number ‘1’) vs. “I” (upper case ‘i’)
   - “O” (upper case ‘o’) and “0” (number zero)
