For fast food workers, C-store cashiers, Department Store sales people or guest assistance workers, no matter what they are called or what titles are bestowed upon them it is imperative that these workers continually improve the interaction skills and techniques. Today the overall goals & objectives are the same for all retailer's no matter if applied to a McDonald's Cashier, the Parts Service Desk Technician at the local BMW dealer, or a Sales Floor Leader for Macy's, or Jared's Jewelry stores... the object is to SELL SOMETHING in a manner that satisfies the customers wants or needs, while also making the customer feel important and satisfied and willing to not only come back for any other items, but that your customers are willing to talk with others about your service quality!
