When you try to access the Mywifiext.local website to install your wireless extender, you may come across an error message or you may not be able to connect to the website due to any reason.

To log in to your extender, enter Mywifiext.net in your web browser. If your router and extender use different WiFi network names (SSIDs), make sure that your device is connected to your extender's network.

The device Mywifiext which is used to make the WiFi coverage strong by sitting in between the wireless router and the area where you want full network signals is called WiFi extender. Your router is connected either wirelessly or through a wired connection.

Mywifiext.net is a permanent link via which all the setup of range extenders is possible. Most commonly, there is not any way to do the configuration of the extender on the current network.

Mywifiext setup can be installed with the two methods, manual setup using mywifiext.net or WPS setup. Mywifiext is web-based setup url for your Netgear extender Open a browser.
