    We believe that experts should start a conversation with an informal message. If you truly wish to submit an attachment or quote, you can always do it right after sending your initial message.

    If the idea gets a lot of votes we will certainly consider it.

  2. When looking for experts like myself, it would help to get an idea which geographical area we are talking about (e.g. USA; Europe; UK etc).
